Ekplus8 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Betting Rules Malaysia

In this Terms & Conditions document, "ekplus8", "we", "platform" or "website" refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible via ekplus8.wine and all associated subdomains. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who registers for and uses ekplus8 services.

These terms cover all aspects of ekplus8 usage, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, tennis, NBA, e-sports, and more than 30 other sports), poker, slots, Live Casino, virtual sports, and any new services that ekplus8 may introduce in the future.

To register and use the ekplus8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age 18: ekplus8 strictly prohibits anyone under 18 years of age from registering or using any service on this platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold one ekplus8 account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any winnings.

• Not a staff member or family member: ekplus8 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register or use the platform as regular members.

Registering an ekplus8 account is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address and a strong password. Your phone number will be verified via SMS OTP before the account can be fully activated.

Ekplus8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents — such as a copy of your Malaysian identity card or bank statement — as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process prior to processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.

Ekplus8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. The minimum deposit is RM30 and ekplus8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via supported methods. The deposit methods available to Malaysian members are as follows:

Ekplus8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes via e-wallet and DuitNow. FPX withdrawals may take up to 1 hour depending on the respective bank's operating hours.

Withdrawal conditions that all ekplus8 members must comply with:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your ekplus8 account.
• New members must complete at least one settled bet or game round before their first withdrawal is permitted.
• If a bonus has been received, its wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus-related balance can be withdrawn.

Ekplus8 offers a range of promotions and bonuses for new and existing members, including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback, poker rakeback and periodic betting challenges. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. This requirement is clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion, denominated in MYR.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry a set validity period. Any bonus that expires before its wagering requirement is met will be automatically forfeited.

• All bets are considered final once confirmed in the ekplus8 system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation, except under specific circumstances determined by ekplus8.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings — not the odds at the time the result is announced.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of its originally scheduled time, all related bets will be refunded to the member's account balance.
• For in-play betting, ekplus8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets when significant events occur during a match — such as goals, penalties, or red cards — while odds are being updated.
• The maximum win for a single betting ticket is RM500,000. For parlay bets, the maximum payout is RM1,000,000.
• ekplus8 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on an obvious error in the odds and will notify the member concerned within 24 hours.

Ekplus8 Live Casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are streamed live from a professional studio with real dealers. All casino games use an eCOGRA-certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to guarantee complete fairness.

Technical issues such as internet connection disruptions during a match will be handled as follows: if the connection is lost before a round is completed, the wager will be returned to the account. • Collusion between two or more players at the same table is a serious violation and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.
• The dealer's decision in all poker matches is final. Any disputes regarding the conduct of a game must be submitted to ekplus8 support within 24 hours of the match concluding.

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name, address, or personal information without their consent.
• Money laundering: Using the ekplus8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Exploitation of system errors: Exploiting any technical glitch or obvious odds error for illegitimate gain.

Ekplus8 members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance, after all applicable conditions have been met, will be returned via the same method as the last deposit within 3 business days.

Ekplus8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. In the event of a suspension, ekplus8 will inform the member of the reason within 48 hours, and the member has the right to file a formal appeal within 14 days.

Ekplus8's maximum liability to any member over any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member during the same period.
